I had a flashback to a Japanese history class at the University of Buffalo many moons ago.
Following World War II into the 1950′s, the country’s economy was decimated. The resulting “export or die” mentality served as the psychological catalyst for the Japanese to become major players in the world economy in the ensuing decades.
I’ve been having “change or die” discussions over the past few months as a result of what we’ve been seeing in businesses in Upstate New York.
The control and command model of business leadership is crumbling, along with the social, political, and economic structures that engendered its dominion in corporate America for as long as we can remember.
We work with owners of companies who are interested in developing conscious corporations.
Business owners who are interested in making significant changes to recreate congruency between their intentions, their personal vision and mission, and their company’s behavior in the marketplace.
Who aren’t just interested in turning around the company’s financial performance, but who are passionate about using their business to create a legacy that leaves a better world for their children and their children’s children.
If you are ready to make a significant change in how and why you are in business, check us out!
